By accessing or using Clyren, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our platform.

What Clyren Does

Clyren is an AI-powered Instagram growth platform that provides:

• Trend analysis and alerts

• AI-generated content ideas and feedback

• Virality predictions

• Instagram performance insights

We're constantly improving and adding features. Instagram is our current focus, with TikTok and YouTube coming soon.

Your Account

Creating an Account

• You must be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate information when signing up

• Keep your login credentials secure

• You're responsible for all activity under your account

• One account per person

Account Security

• Don't share your password

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access (via Discord)

• We're not liable for losses from unauthorized account use

Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing

• Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually

• Prices are displayed in USD (or your local currency)

• Early access pricing is locked in, your rate won't increase as long as you maintain your subscription

• We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers

Payment

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider

• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges

• All sales are final, no refunds except as stated in our Money-Back Guarantee

Money-Back Guarantee

If you:

• Post consistently for 60 days using Clyren's insights

• See zero growth on your Instagram account

• Contact us in Discord with evidence of your activity

We'll refund your last payment, no questions asked.

This guarantee applies once per customer.

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from your account dashboard

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

• No refunds for partial months

• You keep access until your paid period ends

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Clyren for anything illegal or harmful

• Violate Instagram's Terms of Service

• Share your account with others

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy our platform

• Use Clyren to spam, harass, or mislead others

• Attempt to hack or disrupt our service

• Resell or redistribute Clyren's features

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Instagram Integration

• You're responsible for complying with Instagram's Terms of Service

• We're not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram

• If Instagram changes its policies or API, some features may be affected

• We're not responsible for Instagram suspending or banning your account

AI-Generated Content

• Clyren uses AI to generate content ideas, scripts, and feedback

• AI suggestions are tools, not guarantees of success

• You're responsible for reviewing and editing all AI content before posting

• We don't guarantee viral results or specific growth outcomes

• Use AI responsibly and ethically

Intellectual Property

Our IP

• Clyren's platform, features, design, and content are owned by us

• You can't copy, modify, or redistribute any part of Clyren

• "Clyren" and our logo are our trademarks

Your Content

• You own your Instagram content

• We don't claim ownership of your posts or ideas

• By using Clyren, you grant us permission to analyze your content to provide our services

Disclaimers

No Guarantees

• We provide tools, not magic

• Results depend on your effort, content quality, and consistency

• We don't guarantee viral posts, follower growth, or brand deals

• Instagram's algorithm changes, factors outside our control affect results

Platform Availability

• We aim for 99% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service

• Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause downtime

• We're not liable for losses from service interruptions

Third-Party Services

• Clyren integrates with Instagram and other services we don't control

• We're not responsible for third-party actions or changes

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Clyren is provided "as is" without warranties

• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months

• Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, your rights may vary

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Clyren from claims arising from:

• Your use of the platform

• Your Instagram content

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of others' rights

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in fraudulent activity

• Harm our platform or other users

You can terminate by canceling your subscription.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clyren.
