The Colts defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 27-24 on Monday night to take a first-round bye over the defending Super Bowl champions.
Luck completed 14 of 19 passes for 201 yards with two touchdowns and one interception.
The offense, which has struggled mightily in recent weeks, outgained the Chiefs (38-26) and led 27-3 late in the fourth quarter.
The Colts led by as many as 14 points in the second quarter and extended the lead to 24-7 in the third quarter.
Indianapolis has lost four straight games to the Chiefs and will host the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday night.
