Jamii has announced its next project, Jamii 3D, a third-person puzzle game that it claims can “defy all expectations” with its “unexpectedly fun and engaging” gameplay.
The game is a sequel to Jamii 2, a first-person puzzler that launched in 2007.
It will run on the Windows platform and will also be playable on the Mac.
Jamii says the game will launch in 2019.
Jamiusi is an open-world platformer with a focus on puzzle solving, physics, and a “powerful story”.
In the game, you’ll be tasked with “stretching out your hands and creating all sorts of weird and wonderful shapes”.
You’ll also be able to make a variety of “spooky” and “sketchy” sounds to scare the crap out of your friends and enemies.
Jamies are a mysterious creature that appear out of nowhere and attack you, so you’ll need to avoid them by moving quickly and carefully.
Jamics can be killed by other Jamis.
“Jamiusi 3D is a third person puzzle game, that has the potential to defy all expectations of the genre,” the developer says.
“It has the depth of the best 2D puzzle games from the past.”
The developers say Jamii can “beat” the top-selling puzzle game of all time, The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
Jamicii 3 is being developed by a team of five developers.
It’ll be published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.
Jami 3d is set to release in 2019 for the Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
